Good for holidays with kids.

Hotel combination with the water park is super comfortable for family with kids. The location also is ok as the public transportation stop is very near and it is very easy to manage. The hotel is close to beach.

Because of the families with kids it gets very noisy. The food was quite bad and tasteless. Some attractions did not work or at some point was temporarily closed, as well as the kids pool. The water in the pool was freezingly cold. Kids pool was very shallow, but the other pool was too deep for mid aged kids. Although no reservation is allowed for the sun beds, they still were "reserved" with towels, etc.before people actually came to the pool. The rooms are small and narrow. The third bed in the room took additional space.

Nice place for kids and family but in magaluf atmosphere.

Very good place for kids, the park is a great add to the hotel.

Too noisy at night, mainly because of the non respect of the customer. The room are clean but a bit out of date, we found the bathroom door almost falling down due to a broken hinge, sofa was dirty. The rest is functional, shower with good pressure and warm, the little beauty kit saved our day, well done.

Excellent for children, well located and worth more than one visit.

The resort is very child-friendly, from the entertainment choices, to the fun house, play areas, and the water park. The staff's attentiveness to the children was fantastic, and everyone who interacted with us genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The buffet meals had nice varied options, from salads to grilled, sweets and the usual fries/pasta/nugget corner. The hotel was also very clean for a place with so many children - the table staff at the buffet was very kind and active, public toilets and areas were constantly cleaned up, and room service very quickly tidied everything up.

Unfortunately, one side of the water park is not properly anti-slip, so we had an unexpected ER visit due to one of the children falling. Maybe it's a bit picky, but the grill area was not of good quality. The options were quite diverse but I think to the detriment of cooking it properly - the meats were hard, the squid was squishy. It would've been better to keep it simpler but with foods more suited to that fast-paced grill environment. Last but not least, the rooms facing the event area can get noisy, as the activities can run past 22, 22:30. The lights in the balcony also bizarrely do not go off until midnight, which in our room was annoying. These are not terrible things but worth mentioning.

Good for families

the hotel was nice, it was worth it because the free and unlimited access to the park. We went at the beginning of May so it was not crowded at all. The water park is not too big, I guess in the summer it can get overcrowded. The room was basic, but clean, the breakfast had everything for everybody's taste. All in all, I think it is a good deal for families with kids until 10-12 years old.

The room was rather small for three people.

Location is superb, they have lots of activities for kids, our room had an ocean view, they had a great selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly

They often have larger groups checking in, so even if you just want a beach towel you have to wait 15/20min. Signs in rooms advise that if you hang up your towel, you can reuse it. All our towels were changed which I think is not environmentally friendly.

Excellent family getaway

We visited Sol Katmandu for the second time, this time with two kids 3 and 6 years old. Its a perfect family getaway and great location. Food was great at breakfast. For dinner , as we had our dad with us who is a vegetarian, we struggle d to find food options. However Tomas from the restaurant was a great help as he would get customized food options for us. He was the best manager we had seen and provided excellent customer service. Looking forward for our visit again.

Had to ask multiple times for kettle but couldnt get it.
